We review all documentation and paperwork from your child's school.
Understanding your child's school documents can feel overwhelming, especially when dealing with IEPs, 504 Plans, Evaluation Team Reports (ETRs), Behavior Intervention Plans, and Functional Behavior Assessments.
We carefully go through each document, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and any gaps that need to be addressed. If something isn’t working or is missing, we’ll provide recommendations to improve your child’s plan. We also review additional special education paperwork to ensure nothing is overlooked.
With our support, you'll gain a clearer understanding of your child’s educational plan and feel more prepared to navigate meetings and discussions with the school. Let us help you make the process easier.

If we find any gaps or inconsistencies, we’ll help you take action by drafting a formal letter and requesting a meeting to address concerns. Our goal is to ensure your child receives the support they need and that the school stays accountable.

Before we review documentation, draft letters, or provide written recommendations, we begin with a 1 hour Strategy & Advocacy Session. During this session, we will examine your child’s current IEP, 504 plan, evaluations, and behavioral documentation to identify missing supports, outdated information, or areas that need clarification. We will discuss what is working, what is not, and outline the next steps, whether that involves drafting letters, organizing paperwork, or submitting written requests to the school. This session is required before documentation and paperwork services can begin.
