The IEP Pros™ Rates & Services

  • Attendance at School Meetings $97 per Hour (Minimum Billing of One Hour)

    Your special education advocate will be virtually or physically present at the school meeting of your choice. Your advocate will actively participate, provide input, and assist you in expressing your needs clearly. Your advocate will also ask pertinent questions to clarify concerns. Following the meeting, a written summary will be prepared and sent to you via email within two business days.

    Please Note: Attendance at school meetings is billed at a rate of $97 per hour. If a meeting exceeds one hour, an additional invoice will be sent to reflect the additional time spent in the meeting. Initial payments are expected no later than 24 hours prior to the meeting. Additional payments for meetings that exceed an hour are expected no later than 24 hours after the receipt of the invoice.
