We attend school meetings with you.

We understand how crucial it is for you to be involved in your child's school meetings. That's why our advocates are here to support you and your child every step of the way. We'll attend these meetings with you, or on your behalf, to make sure your child's needs are clearly communicated to the IEP team.

Navigating school meetings can be challenging and stressful. You might feel overwhelmed by the process, unsure of how to advocate for your child's unique needs, or worried that your concerns aren't being heard.

Our team is here to ease these concerns and ensure you and your child receive the support you need.

  • Parents who feel overwhelmed by the meeting process.

Parents who aren’t sure what to say or ask in meetings.

Parents who feel like the school isn’t considering their concerns.

Parents who want someone by their side to make sure their child gets the right support.

Parents who want an advocate to speak on their behalf during meetings.

  • We attend IEP meetings, 504 plan meetings, ETR meetings, behavior intervention meetings (BIP), manifestation determination reviews (MDR), and any meeting where decisions about your child’s education or support are being made.

    • Make sure your concerns are heard and documented

    • Break down complicated school language so you understand everything

    • Ask the right questions to get the best support for your child

    • Hold the school accountable for following your child’s plan

    • Advocate for changes if the current plan isn’t working

  • That’s why we’re here. We guide you on what to say, or we can speak for you. We make sure the school answers all your questions and follows the law.

  • If you can’t attend, we can go in your place. We’ll take notes, ask the right questions, and report back to you with everything you need to know.

  • Before the meeting, we’ll go over your child’s IEP or 504 plan, concerns, and any changes you want to request. We’ll make sure you feel confident and ready.

  • After the meeting, we’ll go over what was discussed, what decisions were made, and what next steps need to happen. You’ll walk away knowing exactly what to expect.

  • Before attending school meetings, a 1 hour Strategy & Advocacy Session is required. During this session, we will review your child’s current IEP, 504 plan, evaluations, or behavioral concerns to identify gaps in services, clarify your priorities, and outline your goals for the upcoming meeting. We will also discuss key talking points, draft questions or requests, and create a clear plan for how to approach the meeting with confidence and purpose.
